Please note that on earlier editions of
the Faith in God for Boys handbook, the requirement to read "The
Family: a Proclamation to the World" (Under the "Preparing for
the Prieshood section) appeared as a requirement for the Cub Scout religious
patch. Since Cub Scouts earn the Religious Patch before they turn 11,
this requirement was removed in the newest editions of the handbook.
